It's also the idea of the arbiters of the last four pilot seniority arbitrations.

Good luck in court and the next arbitration, you're going to need it.
So far we have prevailed in the Ninth and Silvers court. What you got? So far, the money you spent donating to AwFOL.

Sure you have, I've been on the Airbus since 2002, did the initial as a Captain.

How long were you an Airbus Captain?
I have to go back and look but I bid and got Captain in 1999 for quite some time until 2001 tragedy and have been on 190 Captain and back to Airbus/Boeing Captain ever since.

MOU specifies the division of flying between US and AA pilots. As you say, AA will eventually hold all the route authority anyway.
I think it's a logical move. It more than likely has to do with Parker's "adapt and go" philosophy. It isn't going to affect our situation in any significant way. I think it's just smart planning ahead of time.

10 In any event, that enabled me or at least
11 somehow seemed to make me somewhat attractive to the

13 I was about the 45th pilot hired at People

Steve Brucia CAL pilot.
ALPA pilot "neutral" who helped Nicolau with the US Airways awa fiasco. Brucia, was for longevity, he is now for slotting.

And pilots wonder why people don't like unions and pilots.

How long were you an Airbus Captain?

Why should such a strange thought even enter your mind jake? Suppose that jolly ole' St. Nic had decided that a brand newhire from AWA should jump ahead of him? Wouldn't that be the only concern that should matter to you here? =Whatever Mr. Nic thought? What difference should years worked and experience gained ever make to your thinking? You can't, within any slight semblance of reason, now be even suggesting that they do? 😉

"What a piece of work is man. How noble in reason....." 🙂

It's your idea that making a Reserve F/O senior to a Captain on the same airplane is fair.

LIke I said, everyone has the right to be wrong.

There's a difference between an arbitration and an integration.

An arbitration is a subset of an integration.

Some integrations don't include arbitration.

And some arbitrations don't include implementation.

HA!! Your big win is now getting to explain to the obviously skeptical Judge exactly WHAT YOUR LUP IS FOR ABANDONING THE NIC.

All roads lead to the LUP. You don't have one. Never did, never will.

I see. The sky IS indeed still falling, and you're certain of it because a big piece hit you on your head long ago. So...When's the big party celebrating the first Nic-based bid scheduled for? None from the west will even give me a straight answer to that, which is just plain rude behavior! How's a person supposed to plan his schedule!? 🙂

I think the difficult "explanation" to Judge Silver is going to be why 98% of the West pilots voted for the MOU. An MOU that clearly created a completely new and different process to reach both a JCBA and a SLI, which by the way should make for a fine LUP.

"Finally, the Court notes that Plaintiffs have already accused USAPA of operating in bad faith. (Doc. 19). Having handled the previous litigation, the Court is well-aware of the importance of the issues in this case and the unfortunate level of antagonism between the parties. That antagonism, however, will not be permitted to spillover into this litigation. Going forward, the parties must make sincere efforts to reach agreement where possible and to accommodate reasonable requests by the opposing party."

So AwFOL, let's play nice with the other kids.

I'm still waiting...

What is the date and location that USAPA is ordered to provide this supposed LUP? Surely you know the date, don't you. You guys like to file requests for default judgements... So what day are you waiting for to pass so you can file another default request?!

What date?

Well said. Our arbitration is complete, usAPA has stalled the pilot integration. The APA will ensure its finished in short order.

USAPA is running out of rocks to hide under. The Silver Clock is about to strike midnight.

Pink Floyd
Time Lyrics

Mason, Waters, Wright, Gilmour) 7:06
The Dark Side of The Moon

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way.
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way.

Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.

So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again.
The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older,
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death.

Every year is getting shorter never seem to find the time.
Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way
The time is gone, the song is over,
Thought I'd something more to say.
