What is the date and location that USAPA is ordered to provide this supposed LUP? Surely you know the date, don't you. You guys like to file requests for default judgements... So what day are you waiting for to pass so you can file another default request?!

Hate to break the news to you, but ALL of LCCs routes are going to be transferred to American. The only ones that require approval are the international ones, so I guess they are starting the process now.

The MOU already describes which groups will be flying the routes.

Ok. Just to be clear, you believe that USAPA can force the implementation of a DOH list, and get through the multiple layers of awaiting litigation WITHOUT ever explaining an LUP to the Judge that, beyond a shadow of a doubt, REQUIRED you to have one?
