Leonidas Update...


...Finally, we would like to announce that a Meet and Greet with the West attorneys is scheduled for Friday, May 17th at 9AM. The location is the Coast Phoenix Sky Harbor Hotel, 4300 East Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034 in the Oasis Room, 602-273-7778. In the meantime, we thank you for your unwavering support. Six years ago, nobody believed the West pilot group would stick together. We did, and we do believe that all your faith, trust and support is about to pay off.

If judge Silver dismisses because it is not ripe? The JCBA happens very quickly and the west will file again. The facts don't change. Usapa is still guilty of a DFR. So the court tells usapa to use the Nicolau next month or before the end of the year. Either way the seniority list for US Airways will be the Nicolau.

Since you have nothing better to do then stick your nose in where you have no reason. Read the creditors filing in NY. You know the case that usapa brought. Where they got they ass handed to them. The creditors are not happy with usapa in the least. The creditors know this case is ripe and want it done now. The creditors know the east west has to be settled before the US Airways seniority can be done. It is the creditors that is asking the court to dismiss usapa loser case not the west. Even the creditors want nothing to do with usapa.

M/B does not merge pilots from the same union. M/ B does not eliminate prior arbitrations and voting for an MOU that does not specifically state that it eliminates prior arbitration results does not change the Nicolau.

I only wish you did work here so you could live under the Nicolau result and be very junior.
