Nic.....providing we get a CBA. I recall that is the agreement.

Correct...and it is a union's primary responsibility to bargain for that contract and improve the conditions for its membership.

Now, usapa has been more concerned with rearranging the seniority list and/or delaying/denying its membership a contract.

I will simply point out the inaccuracies and/or lies in your posts. Easy to do cause they are full of them.

Really? Which part of correctly noting that you boys are all extremely reluctant to EVER admit when you showed up at AWA amounts to "..inaccuracies and/or lies.."?

Oh well. Enough hearty chuckles for now, and thank you for them....as well as your nobly sparing me from any brutal assaults with T-shirts! 😉

I believe they say "grandpappy" in those parts. And they say it while strumin' a banjo and eating okra.

too bad you haven't been able to move here yet to find out for sure, those Davidson realtors are standing by their phones ...lol

luvn737s doesn't even think he should vote!
Perhaps your nanny needs to come read to you again. You would think someone who has been handed so much without having to work for it, would have taken that opportunity to learn to read. Oh well, time and opportunity are your's to waste.

What I said is that if I were facing a vote that did not personally affect me, that, while having the right to vote, I would not excercise that right. The vote belongs to me, not the group that I support. If you could peel away CoC provisions from the MOU and make it a separate vote (I can hear you drooling, forget it though) I would abstain from voting on the CoC because I feel a vote should be used to represent my interests and not as a weapon of vindictiveness.

1) From what strange compartment in what you laughably pass off as a "mind" was this latest fantasy of yours drawn from?

2) Wow! So then...It follows from your "logic" here, that there's no reason for anyone to have endorsed civil rights...unless they were themselves, among the persecuted? I see....

That's it for now. This has gone far past merely laughable, and with your last....fully into the pathetic zone.

As usual, all her moves take place in the ladies room. The move handled by a fine firm called Kohler..........

You will get a list of your bargaining agents' choice. It isn't the Nic.

So now I have to teach you Social Studies? Are you sure your daddy didn't pay off the principal to pass you out of 5th grade?

I would equate you to Charles Emerson Winchester III, whose skills lagged behind his self-image, but then you'd require an explanation of the Korean War and I've wasted enough time with you.

USAPA will go down in history as one of the dumbest moves ever by a bunch of losers trying to evade the binding seniority which they agreed to.

But, I guess living up to an agreement is too hard for the entitlement east.

And you will go down as some idiot pretending he retired with anything. Give us the details of the "early " retirement package.

I can't help but be greatly impressed with your kind and charitable offer of education...especially since you equate an entirely fictional character with actual knowledge of the Korean, or for that matter...any war I'd think. Clearly; you and Move should safely stick to TV and movies...which you do at least know something about 😉 Don't embarrass yourself further.

Dismissed!
