Traderjake, I really don't understand your warning. What is it we stand to possibly "lose" in Judge Silver's courtroom? Worst case is simply more litigation and separate ops. There is no end game that implements the NIC award, only delay. RR (and my assessment of what we have already "lost" is that it pales in comparison to keeping the NIC off this property. I suspect you disagree.)
