Pi if I could have found a bookie willing to take action on clears, nic4 and Res's predictions and bet the other way I could have retired by now.

🙂

Here's a golden oldie:

I think what the west is saying the seniority fight will be over by April. Once Silver rules that should be the end. The company will point to the court and say the court said. an appeal is not going to matter. Once the company makes up their mind and it will time to move towards a contract or merger. If there is a merger the company is going to say the seniority dispute is over so investors don't worry.

An appeal does not matter. Even if the court says not ripe or you can do something other than the Nicolau They can still stand on the Nicolau. they need to move forward and are not going to wait much longer. So yes the seniority issue will be over by April. The usapa leadership issue should be over by April too.

Crapthis ranks high on the list. His collection of west wisdom and comments sums up his crowd.

His stories of his exotic vacations and 85k cars are nauseating. They are just that, stories.

That's funny, West pilots are discussing a "union" which is going to disappear soon. A scourge on the industry brought to us by......East pilots!!

I have a feeling many West pilots are not going to be satisfied with letting USAPA just fade away.

Here's a sample:

"Oh man, can't wait for em bastards dissapear!"

"It past time for the DOL to audit these we bang tail fuks"

"Tell me again why we should stay in good standing?? Losing patience with these re-fuctards in the east."

"It's about the lame ### MFR's putting me in bad standing after jacking my bill an extra $100 after being in good standing since 2009 with the same miniscule outstanding balance for all these years."

"Jack Wagons have been conducting mischievous conduct (criminal mischief) for their entire careers. They (####) promote those that can produce the most criminally stupid activity."

"I would love to see these Richard Craniums go away. Hearing their little screams as some big bubba made them his wife in a lonely dark cell"

"Please Please, let me go audit the USAPA books. I love looking at the receipts and asking the idiots to justify why they were given money for that expense."

"It would be a cool, significant, history making event if we all just stopped paying our mob/extortion monies to USCABA. That would get their attention. Why on earth should we pay for someone to routinely sue, screw and sec 19 its (WEST) members??? Cant we sue them for being held hostage for the past 6 years? I feel like I am in a USAPA POW camp!"

"Get R Done and lets put the Fuktards in jail."

"I want to see USAPA buried so deep that they will never see the light of day again."

What a collection of imbeciles

Cleardirect spews nothing more than strange lectures and rants. He creeps Scott Kirby to the max.

Kind of like luvthe9's predictions. Kasher will pay and all. Still waiting on that 3%.

Like I asked Nic, if the bigger union can come in, be elected the CBA and take over negotiations, what good is MB?

"Wide range of reasonableness"

Or

"The majority determines what is best... Democracy in action"

Or

"The majority will not let a minority hold the process up"

are we talking about getting a new contract and brining the e70/75 on property yet?
