Does anyone know where I can get a DOJ dictionary or which search engine they use?

Well, I did a quick search for flights on kayak.com for one of the most restricted routes we would have, CLT-DFW, for tomorrow with a return the next day. It came up with 1400 possible itineraries, and pretty sure that doesn't even include Southwest. What am I missing.
