Since the MOU has become an IOU and possibly a bounced check, can something that is unquestionably ripe begin to un-ripen? (please provide flow chart)

Any chance Silver will postpone the trial?

Any chance there is spare office space at USAPA HQ for Doug and Scott to use?

Haven't yet read the DOJ filing, particularly the emails which the government is using to support their case, but has this merger been jeopordized because of TUI (Texting Under the Influence)?

B just had a hip replacement but is doing well. He should be back in tha Astra soon.

You and Dougie share similar traits, you say a lot of stupid things in public. Dougie got caught by the DOJ communicating some bad pricing tactics. Make sure you guys give him some cab fare, we know what happens when he matches DUI s with failed mergers. We have a 4 match going now.

If they had not run their drunken mouths (and emails,) this might have gone through a bit easier. Really great strategy to brag about how the merger will allow them to screw the traveling public AND labor.

The LA Times article is nauseating. Parker and others lamenting their employees would want to leave the America West Model of compensation for an industry standard contract.
Parker bears the entire responsibility for deep sixing your raises. He blames the DOJ. The blame rests on his numerous leaked communications with his frat house buddies.

If you're not having a melt down, you're either independently wealthy or a complete fool. I personally do not want to have to use a backup career and am disgusted by what the DOJ is attempting to do.

Thanks, I'm even more disgusted. None of those e-mails are in my opinion out of line considering the state of the industry. This is most likely political. Parker was being honest in those e-mails, whereas Holden has been accused of lying and is most likely trying to deflect the publics attention. It's also been pointed out that the Attorney Generals joining in the suit are all from states where we have major hubs. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Someone looking for guarantees? Good thing Parker was successful in the first merger, otherwise you wouldn't have a job and mine would be in question.

You are correct, I understand a certain trait of having grown up in a household of two executives, one who was a CEO. I made mistakes, no DUI's. I still had to answer to both a parent and people who sat on BOD's.

They both hated unions. Why? Because they had to battle unions to fire idiots. Thanks for making my parents correct by birthing USAPA.

I have to give you USAPA types credit. My parents were correct.

Parker is an amateur who cannot accomplish a merger. He still has an incomplete merger on his books. Horton should be running the new company. You should be allowed to merge, but Team Tempe should go and be replaced by Horton. It is your only way out.

You're allowed your own opinion, but I'd take Parker over Horton in a New York minute. Only CEO above Parker in this industry is Anderson. Just my opinion though.
