I have researched it CB, that why I said you need to. You go back and pull Stephen's testimony and put it on the board. Was the 10% in writing? NO. It was mentioned, thrown out. Kirby disavowed it during a crew news. Maybe it would have happened, but you guys state it as fact. How about the min fleet? How about the 190 pay? You guys didn't care about any of that after the Nic came out because the windfall from it would have insulated you.

YOU are part of this massive failure. You like to blame it all on the east and with your actions, I don't blame you. The west pilots have followed AOL's Nic or nothing policy and it has cost them. The very junior the most. Had we come together and really tried to find a solution we could all be better off today.

Yeah, and having been on this forum for as long as you have, how do you think it's playing out so far? You hit the key word....HATRED. The West pilots hate management and East pilots.

They blame the guys in the pictures for USAPA. But the box that carried the CARDS carried EACH INDIVIDUAL SIGNATURE of the majority of the pilots and THE MAJORITY OF THE PILOTS voted for USAPA. I know you've seen Sehams lates video message to another group of lambs he going to attempt to slaughter. He tells them exactly the Opposite he told you. He's lying to someone. It's so pitiful, it's almost laughable, that USAPA has published NOTHING of substance on the DOJ's lawsuit.

I just went to the USAPA website and there is NOTHING, even after a week for the attorneys, the king's court and the Lac-of-Communications Committee to put some kind of spin on it.

Even ALPA has been pro-active in opposing the DOJ move with a quickly-timed press release.

I'll bet Leonidas would easily "get 200 cards" (from east pilots.)

Personally I don't think there is any benefit to USAPA speaking out. There is no doubt we support the merger as projected in the MOU. It is obvious there must be changes to it and it is not advantagous to us to give Doug a green light thumbs up cheering squad before new negotiatons start. It's Doug's move and for once we should avoid negotiating against ourselves before negotiations even resume. IMHO.

The Nic-list is not the compromise/solution to the dispute it was the genesis of the dispute.

Seham said the NIC was not binding because it was NEVER established in a ratified contract. It was and continues to be the dead bargaining position remnant of our old and failed bargaining unit, the one the majority of us voted to leave. He told that other group exactly the same thing, that RATIFIED contracts are binding across bargaining agents. I see no conflict. In the future, why don't you simply use the "way back" function on this forum and read all this stuff the other 200 times it has been asked and answered. What is it with all the NIC talk lately?
