OUCH? Am I reading this correctly? The United States government had to go to a PRIVATE attorney firm to litigate the attempt to block the merger? Why on earth would the DOJ hire a private firm? Are they not confident of their own abilities? Are they not experienced enough? Just curious.

However NicistheNic doesn't provide you with adequate info to write your appeal.. they don't provide the company's denial letter so you can understand the company's position. If you don't include the company's position then your appeal letter fails. You must include the company's position, but you don't know it without the denial letter.... amateurs... freaking amateurs.

Federal Court is only concerned with the evidence of what happened outside it.

2013 at 9:00 a.m. All other deadlines remain in place.

I think If she persists with her?/Marty's notion that renders the defendant guilty until they prove they have an LUP.... that alone will get her spanked worse than Wake, and it will easily be unanimous. The 9th gave her both the standard of ripeness and the standard of proof necessary to establish a claim of DFR breach. At present her written words appear to be discounting both.
