Where is the company letter denying your seniority grievance?!!!! Where is it?

Since integrity is so important... and it is 🙂... how come nicisthenic.com does not provide its pilots with a copy of the company denial of the seniority grievance? How do you appeal something if you don't even have a copy of what you are appealing?

OUCH? Am I reading this correctly? The United States government had to go to a PRIVATE attorney firm to litigate the attempt to block the merger? Why on earth would the DOJ hire a private firm? Are they not confident of their own abilities? Are they not experienced enough? Just curious.

OUCH? Do you mean "OUCH!, if the DOJ is successful in the blocking of the merger you will still be on LOA93 at $124 an hour for NB Captain!!"??

Yes, that would suck eggs since that would be giving up at least $4000 per month accumulation of a retrospective check AND the signing bonus. OUCH indeed!

Do you not clearly understand the burden of proof for a PLAINTIFF in a DFR trial.

Its a website devoted to the seniority list grievance... that was denied, but you are appealing.


However NicistheNic doesn't provide you with adequate info to write your appeal.. they don't provide the company's denial letter so you can understand the company's position. If you don't include the company's position then your appeal letter fails. You must include the company's position, but you don't know it without the denial letter.... amateurs... freaking amateurs.

I wasn't questioning your integrity CB, but some of the West seem hopeful that the court won't trouble itself with its own integrity. The burden of proof belongs to the plaintiff. No matter what happens on the 24th of Sep, if the court adopts Marty's request to assume guilt until USAPA proves its innocence in a DFR complaint then none of us have won anything but more legal bills. And we can afford it.

P.S. You should trouble yourself a lot less about defending your integrity (You are an Eagle Scout in my book 🙂 ). You should worry about a lawyer that called on Judge Silver to reverse the roles of plaintiff and defendant for your trial. Does Marty have a link so I can make a donation?
