Ubiquitous speculations exist of possible mysterious harm with innuendo that USAPA might plausibly be culpable, but yet no one seems to be able to quantify or articulate said harm, neither do they recognize the necessity to do so for a trial with integrity... It's a fishing expedition and Judge Silver said so.

I'd say being the causal factor in losing over a billion dollars in lost w2 pay ALONE is fairly damaging. If you haven't noticed, you're still on LOA93 pay. 9/11/2001 was 12 years ago. Still on bk pay. Why is that?
