It's funny when the underpaid say something that is clearly untrue, unresearched, & just out right stupid.

Your low pay is on you and the USAPA faithful. AND you are paying the highest dues in the industry. Congrats!

The above quote is presented by the self-proclaimed reps of the putative West Class, in opposition to USAPA's subpoena for discovery against Leonidas. The Plaintiffs present this notion of a majority in an attempt to support their claim that they are adequate representatives of the West Class. They assert that a supposed democratic majority (though not proved by a vote) is good enough for the putative West Class reps to assert their power of representation over all the others of the West, yet they would deny a proven democratic majority is adequate for the elected and certified representatives of all US pilots. They can't have it both ways. Either a majority is good enough or it isn't.

In the Plaintiffs mind, an unproven/assumed democratic majority of a smaller subset is a license for the putative West reps to go about reversing the proven democratic will of the majority, held and protected by the certified reps of all US pilots. :lol:

"Incorrigible" is when hypocrites announce their plan to become thieves. :lol:


Here is a really hard question....

Question: "What do you call a really big majority within a minority subset?"​
Answer: "A new minority that is smaller than the first minority." :lol:

More like a 20% raise, 10 days of vacation, better reserve rules, better scheduling rules including better duty rigs, tafb rigs, pay for DH, cancelations and training, and yes of course the Nic, which by any definition is a fair and equitable seniority integration.

That 3% you quote was just another attempt by your scab union to do anything to get out from under the LOA93 rules. Clue for the east pilots who really are tired of the Bs the AFO club has inflicted on the pilot group. It is LOA 93 til Nic inclusive JCBA. Til then it is status quo. Well sort of status quo, your crappy contract will be further diluted by the highest agency dues fee in the industry, if not the entire nation!

Better yet, you do realize US Air was not a "legacy" airline?

A full decade as the lowest paid pilot group of major status. Congrats! The AWA pilots have no reason to thank you, but the Horizon pilots, SkyWest pilots and other commuters will have a reason to scorn you, now that their pay is set to surpass yours and you are holding them back!

I almost forgot the lucrative pension plan. We are waiting for the AWA pilot group to lead us to the promise land. We know only the AWA pilots can get us to that level.

Nope, not at all...only the majority former AAA pilots can get themselves off LOA 93 and "to the promised land"!

As long as uscaba rejects the Nic, you are stuck. "No soup for you"!

The merger offered an out in the form of the MOU, but that also has Nic written all over it.


One more thing...I know you were not trying to get hired at AWA in the 80s.....but you were trying in 2001-2005. That is why Nic put you below your former fellow east pilots who did get hired at AWA in that time frame.

Good guess. 😉 Virtually the only "pilots" that did so at the time (like yourself) simply could NOT successfully achieve "airline" employment elsewhere. A "spartan" level of self-delusion's required to pretend otherwise. Spin the cold, harsh truth of that for however long it suits your needs to do.
