And anyone could even wonder why it's utterly impossible to avoid laughing at self-styled "spartans", "knights" who've "fought with valor" in "many battles", T-shirted-bastions of purchased and printed "integrity", and even "dire wolves"? 😉

I know of decent folks out west. How those tolerate such as yourself must remain a mystery.

Unless Fodase was/is also Move2CLT; that's not necessarily the same person, although I didn't much ever pay attention to Fodase's style or content, but "dca" isn't sufficiently intelligent to change his game, and the signature items/content/pattern and "style's" unmistakable.

It makes me wonder the goals of the DOJ.

They worry about the merger driving up ticket prices.

1) Indeed, and we'll never know what the "RealPolitik" is behind this BS. A reasonable supposition is pulled puppet-strings and $$$, and certainly not those from the flying public.

2) You're not that naieve. Show me where any grand outcry from the flying public's been evidenced...?

The only reason we have gone this far is that you presently have us outnumbered. USAPA had one attorney that preached a slam dunk. He is preaching the opposite to a different CBA now.

The courts will finish this because your group can not be trusted to keep your word in an agreement. Your (referring to USAPA supporters) character will forevermore be in question.

Over 14 million spent in litigation. Nearly 3/4 a billion that LCC gained by the separate operations. What a shame.

The cynical part of me says the DOJ's priorities are to stop a merger and legalize pot.

Yeah, my opinion, and the opinion of about 3200 East pilots who will not put up with this kind of BS. Too bad you have been put in the position of representing the West pilots.....you spew the kind of lies that you have to because of your position. My opinion is just my own, and several East pilots agree with me, but it is my opinion, not some fabricated idea that I am forced to represent. Face up to the reality.

If I ever become an elected rep (no it won't ever happen, but hypothetically speaking), I trust you will remind me not to embarrass myself and my constituents by pretending to effectively fight for their interest on a message board of entertainment.
