I don't expect any clarifications from CB. Perhaps we will get some more posts about his elation over ignored posts, or maybe he will babble some more while hoping I will relay his musings to the infamous Scotty.

I put little relevance on who other posters think I am. In the last 12 hours I have been outed as both an Officer and Luv. Last month I was the grievance chairman. This is entertainment here, nothing more. I have actually been approached by fellow pilots asking me about something a guy called RR said. My response is usually I don't give much thought to anonymous postings on public forums. It is almost as if an opinion I would give them in person has less weight than something they read “on the internet.” RR

Even in Valhalla you can't have your dream boat without "jurisdiction and authority", but no one can take your dreams. 🙂

Valhalla?

Playa del Amante

I plan on enjoying a nice western banishment from US Airways after retirement.

Jurisdiction and authority. She has no more than Wake had. But she is sooooo much smarter.

You overestimate the authority of a spayed union.

Do you doubt USAPA's exclusive jurisdiction and authority over its own negotiating position? Please show your work. 😀

P.S. You may want to know what a Petition for Writ of Mandamus is and why USAPA submitted it to the 9th Circuit today.

Why does an Airway have a union called the US Airlines Pilots Association?

Dear Petitioner/Counsel

A petition for writ of mandamus and/or prohibition has been received in the Clerk's Office of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The U.S. Court of Appeals docket number shown above has been assigned to this case. Always indicate this docket number when corresponding with this office about your case.

It is about time! Silver allowed Harper and Siegle to put her in a bad spot. The 9th will end this BS.

Mindset?

The criminal mindset is a part of an Usapian's DNA.

"In one recent study, scientists examined 21people with antisocial personality disorder – a condition that characterizes many convicted criminals. Those with the disorder "typically have no regard for right and wrong. They may often violate the law and the rights of others," according to the Mayo Clinic."

"

Was one of study participants the AOL guy that helped write the MOU with the plan to then turn around and claim it was illegal?

Good luck fellas....

Your dues dollars at work.

"More than 90 per cent of writ petitions are denied. As indicated above, denial does not necessarily mean that the matter has been turned down on the merits — and (for the most part) you can still get your chance to raise the same issue on appeal at the end of the case.

The reason for the poor success rate of writ petitions has to do with appellate courts’ reluctance to engage in piecemeal review of trial court proceedings. The system does not want to make it too easy for litigants to jump to the front of the line in terms of getting the attention of the appeals process. Also, the Court of Appeal factors in the possibility that a trial court might end up correcting its own error as a case progresses, or that the error will prove inconsequential or that the case will anyway settle."

Yeah, I wouldn't bother to read it either. Its more palatable to read about the odds rather than the facts and arguments.

Maybe ClearDirect can read it for you since he is never here posting anymore. 😀

Post it. It makes for an easier read.

Direct hit..I'm applauding.
So, you got rid if one of your biggest critics.

Isn't that the same thing you said during the Wake One Arrival into SFO? Wake was spanked. Silver has a chance to dismiss before she gets Waked.
