Unfair of you old boy. That sort of thing's a seperate issue entirely, and tantamount to nuclear escalation. 🙂The Husband Store...
A store that sells new husbands has opened in New York City , where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates:
You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building!
So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. On the first floor the sign on the door reads:
Floor 1 - These men Have Jobs
She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign reads:
Floor 2 - These men Have Jobs and Love Kids.
'That's nice,' she thinks, 'but I want more.'
So she continues upward. The third floor sign reads:
Floor 3 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely Good Looking.
'Wow,' she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.
She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads:
Floor 4 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Good Looking and Help With Housework.
'Oh, mercy me!' she exclaims, 'I can hardly stand it!'
Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads:
Floor 5 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Gorgeous, Help with Housework, and Have a Strong Romantic Streak.
She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor, where the sign reads:
Floor 6 - You are visitor 31,456,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please.

PLEASE NOTE:
To avoid gender bias charges, the store's owner opened a New Wives Store just across the street.
The First floor has wives that love sex.
The Second floor has wives that love sex and have money and like beer.
The third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors have never been visited.

Still cannot find the grievance letter, but have found and read the writ.
The writ is just one more play from the scab union. It is okay, DFRII is on the way, not a declaratory judgement, but full on trial on the merits of why the scabs have dropped West grievances, made false billings on West members, intentionally put West MIGs in bad standing for no reason other than uscaba's own accounting mistakes, failed many other representational mandates including intentionally forcing separate ops, not negotiating with the company in good faith, and just generally being SCABS.
Oh, and then there is that whole Nic thing.
Well, it's worked so well so far, why not continue with that strategy!

I've heard about that. We have a west pilot in search of the famed merger policy, seems it's not on the web site.
Merger policy? Are you talking about the C&BLs, or the proposed C&Rs for DOH with the west? I'm not aware of a "famed merger policy."
"We" have a pilot looking? Is there only one of you with access to the site?

That's about right. Have the right to go there, but you don't, then you complain about it. Typical.
BTW, just went to old cactuspilot.com and the last update there was Aug 18, for us non-AOL types.

LOL!! You have your RATIFIED agreement. Just like the 9th asked. They never required USTUPID to see a merger consummated before they had to show their DFR.

Better get those daddy judges on speed dial ASAP. I can't wait to see what Roslyn comes up with next. I would think the easy way out of this mess is to dismiss and wash her hands of the Bob & Marty show.

The 9th said for it to be ripe it could not be contingent on anything else. Are you saying the MOU is not contingent on a US/AA merger, the one that is in question now? YES! You think I will see my back pay on my next check?
