Most impressive indeed, previously-self-styled "LT Hardy" of the movie "Striking Distance". Have you at least been made an honorary "spartan" or AWA "knight" yet? No matter. None of those you so "Hardy"-ly support have ever even sent me so much as an "integrity matters" or even "dire wolf" T-shirt either....Sigh! Carry on. 🙂

Well...I'll accuse no man ever of being a Scab, unless and until he proves it by actually doing so....as did so many of AWA's "finest" in earlier times, as well as a great many of Continental's now-proud-and-supposedly-"respectable" alpa...umm..."members".
Whatever mutual nyaah-nyaahs Trader and I have ever, or now exchange: I've no reason or basis to insult him for something he did NOT do. In fairness to the man; it's my notion that he believes, in a principled fashion, that declining the Nic is somehow dishonorable. I must respect any man that stands up for what they believe's right, but will never understand his evidenced contempt for coworkers. No matter. Let the nyaah-nyaahs continue. 🙂
PS: "I must respect any man that stands up for what they believe's right" That doesn't include pwecious widdle kiddies pwetending themselves "spartans", "dire wolves" and hewowic widdle "knights" who've "fought with valor" in "many battles"/"I'll let the courts do my talking for me"/etc...A more truly pathetic widdle set of worthless wimps couldn't even be imagined, but the key phrase contained was "respect any man". 😉 Methinks trader's got far more spine for holding his, however contemptible position, than does the entire widdle "army" of "wee-wee-onidas". The whole sad business of his being an apparent adherent to chip's insanity's an entirely different issue. That much...I can NOT possibly begin to respect, nor even understand. Again= No matter.
Sorta like our situation and CUDO'S to you. Him being a potential SCAB may be part of his understanding, ( a personal MOU) , but unless he actually did it or the groups voted for him to do so, with the circumstances and ever changing merger policies, He might just have to file a WRIT OF TRADINGO! MM! That buzzing in his ear may lead him to believe without a JCBA, it is and should be installed in his employment contract!
