It has more to do with the silliness of this situation rather seeing you all as racists.

There will come a day (soon I hear) when the West Class swastika references and Nazi humor videos come home to roost. There are organizations that file lawsuits based on such very public excursions. They are being provided evidence as we speak, and promise action soon. Claiming you are only having "union fun" will not work when time to settle comes. I also hope those involved have read the Company ethics policy. How stupid can one be, to actually publish a list of credits on such videos. Guess these teenagers think they are immune to litigation because they are just being cute. How stupid to think that 1) there are no Jewish US Airways pilots and 2) that this type of humor is fair game in a seniority dispute. RR

Oh, the videos. I don't watch that crap anymore. I've made the mistake of watching videos posted on here before and it's embarrassing. Do you support the jack wagons that make those youTube videos?

I take exception to your comment that I distance myself from their screw-ups. I didn't distance myself from the C18, I took active steps to STOP it, only to be asked by one of the defendants to stop my efforts. Big difference.

The entitlement mentality and immaturity of the West Class is on display in full glory over the last day. Frat boy Nazi themed anti-Semitic videos, calling others scabs, making fun of accidents, prank calling a safety hotline. All under the guise of being an oppressed and downtrodden underclass. They feel are entitled to do as they please until they get what they want. Nothing is off limits. They sue and sue, and at the slightest pushback or appeal cry foul like somehow they are "owed" a win. We have all had it. Better to live under our current contract than ever, ever have to deal with the West class again. The Nic is already dead, and DFR II will soon be a faded memory. The West Merger Committee contingent and the Company have joined forces with USAPA to end this mess. (cue a junior West class member telling me how bad my pay is, and Cactusboy telling me he will see me in court) RR

This has nothing to do with the beloved yet stupid cactus 18. The Nazi videos will be addressed in another venue, outside the courtroom. There might eventually be some arbitration involved, I don't know the West contract that well. RR

What makes you think any other pilot group who had the misfortune being stuck with Usapians would put up with your crap? When the United/Continental list was published did they throw a hissy fit?

The CO pilots don't have much choice. They don't have the same circumstances, especially the TA that allowed this to happened. If it had gone badly for you guys you would have sat on a joint contract-guarantee it.
