I have to compliment you on the weight loss, BTW.

By the way snap, forget any lunches or dinners at El Azteca. Your using aircraft accidents as fodder here is obscene. I will never share your company for any social purpose. Shame on you.

JJ prefers Bojangles.

I'm not sure, you'd have to tell me but I applaud the effort.

How long have you actually been on the property then? WHY are your sort so utterly embarrased by that question that you flee from it like wriggling little worms under bright sunlight, whenever their flagstone's lifted off them? Seriously: Don't you even believe your own "righteous" BS?

Whatever so quickly happened to all that supposed "Integrity"? 🙂

Thanks again for all the predictable laughs. 🙂

I promised a close friend who had been here 17 years, and never furloughed, that I would never, ever agree to him going behind a new hire. That promise rose above all, above any previous or future second party promises....especially ones I never actually agreed to, or unratified by a membership vote. It was my word. Into year 7 since Nic, into year 9 since the merger announced.

My friend thinks I was true to my word. Thanks to Judge Silver and the Ninth, so does the rest of the civilized world.

You cannot and will not put a 17 year pilot behind a new hire. Not going to happen.

All that you think is fair, and might even be fair, will not follow until that travesty is corrected. You should have listened years ago.

Greeter

Well put Greeter.

Greeter

Shame on me for what? Which aircraft accident are you referring? A slide deployment? It's probably best I decline such an invitation because based on what I've seen with the persecution of fellow West pilots by your union, I'd walk in there with a bad taste in my mouth anyway.

I'm sure someday USAPA will look back and say "We made a mistake" Right?

A couple of dozen TWA mad dogs left, yet we have all their pilots... AND STL closing

Reno air- a few hundred pilots and no jets left. RNO- closed

Air Cal 4-500 pilots, jets arked.... And wait for it......SNA closed.

BTW, you'd better read up on how MB works. Your theory of how it can be weaponized is fantasy.

Ughh,, (cough.. ). BullShit...

AAviator is still repeating the same old rationalizations for throwing fellow professionals under the bus. Nothing more complicated or advanced than "we are better than you", and as the head of the APA merger committee replied when asked why they were f*****g the YW pilots this way, replied "because we can..."

True story

A rational AA pilot recently stated, we are all worker bees... We have an inherent obligation to treat each other fairly.

He was right

Rationalize, marginalize, demonize, or dehumanize all you want... It has been done since the beginning of time to justify taking what isnt yours...

It will never be right

Don't believe a word this AAviator ass says... FOS...

And beware what you are getting into bed with

So I would be just like you if I drove a friend to a bank, and that friend robbed the bank. Right?

Sorry Greeter. There is no story, analogy, and especially no bible verse that gives excuse for the wrongs that USAPA does. Everyone gets it (but the courts are reticent to make a decision when it comes to union politics). The courts or Parker (when forced to) will finish this.

LCC has made out big time by remaining "NEUTRAL". At an estimated $150M per year in labor savings, that makes out to $750M. That 17 years of "seniority" sure cost a lot. If you don't win DOH, and the Nic is installed...it will all be for NOTHING.

Well ALPA drove ya to the bank and USAPA did not let you rob it, besides no point in crying over your milk being spilled!

I am not trying to change your mind.

But it is clear you will not be enjoying the windfall of the NIC. And our robber "gang" will continue its rampage making sure that even the ghost of that ugly entity does not ride into M/B on the backs of an illegal bargaining agent.

USAPA will represent all US Airways in M/B, and DOH with fences and restrictions will be our mantra.

Greeter

Is there a discussion going on elsewhere (or should one be started here) regarding the approaching CLT elections? The period for nominees is open. Will it be the usual suspects? Does it matter at this point in time?

I think you should run! I

Bible verses eh? Well "Your Holiness"; have you ever even heard of this one? Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's (goods)

Let me get this straight. Greeter worked for an airline that was like a circus that was about to fold up it's big top. Parker drops them in our laps, changes the name of our airline intalls their management, takes over the training department and throws out a real union only to be replaced by an association. When they screw things up over here, they can't take the well deserved criticism they get. The talk I hear most around here is about the incredible stupidity we see with their decision making. They point fingers at everyone else for their failures. It's never their fault. in their minds they are smarter than everyone.

I thought Greeter was coming around until he lied by saying there were no East pilots on furlough at the time of the acquistion. That is just one example of the end justifies the means with people like him. When we expose the cronyism, corruption and deception it's no wonder they call of the lunch meetings.

His "guarantee" is as worthless as a warranty on a Yugo. Like the Yugo, the only fence USAPA will see is behind the wall of a junkyard of a failed union experiment.

Adios, au revoir, ciao, buh-bye USAPA.
