Ughh,, (cough.. ). BullShit...

AAviator is still repeating the same old rationalizations for throwing fellow professionals under the bus. Nothing more complicated or advanced than "we are better than you", and as the head of the APA merger committee replied when asked why they were f*****g the YW pilots this way, replied "because we can..."

True story

A rational AA pilot recently stated, we are all worker bees... We have an inherent obligation to treat each other fairly.

He was right

Rationalize, marginalize, demonize, or dehumanize all you want... It has been done since the beginning of time to justify taking what isnt yours...

It will never be right

Don't believe a word this AAviator ass says... FOS...

And beware what you are getting into bed with
AAviator is probably just another lying westie, pretending to be something he's not. Wouldn't surprise me.

Again, you put words in my mouth. No US Airways East pilots were on furlough at the time of the MERGER. Ask the NMB when they granted single carrier status. Since your history is selective, you will be surprised when that actually occurred.

Since the pilot groups still to this day have never flown under one list or one contract, that is the only legal date that references our combined status. At least in the government's eyes it is the only date that matters. Had we completed the ALPA merger process, that date might have been NEGOTIATED as something different, at least as far as seniority matters. But as we all know, nothing ever happened, or changed.

And no worries as to me "coming around." I have been through 3 completed mergers. AMR will be your first. Based on the success of USAPA so far, I think I have a firm grasp on what legally stands. The NIC will not, nor will you trying to screw 17 year pilots at your own personal gain.

Your special cupcake,

Greeter

Mods are starting to muzzle some of our guys on orders from the Delta ALPA guys. Maybe I will take a vacation from the board with a bunch of others for a while.

I am not trying to change your mind.

But it is clear you will not be enjoying the windfall of the NIC. And our robber "gang" will continue its rampage making sure that even the ghost of that ugly entity does not ride into M/B on the backs of an illegal bargaining agent.

USAPA will represent all US Airways in M/B, and DOH with fences and restrictions will be our mantra.

Greeter

The Nicolau seniority list is not a windfall, so says a neutral arbitrator, 2 pilot neutrals, and a few federal judges. Just because you call it a "windfall" & "unfair" does not make it so. SYIC

Be serious. You know it's a windfall. If it wasn't, you wouldn't feel the need to fight so hard for it.

By the way, one of the neutrals DID NOT agree with your premise.

Lets see- relative seniority with the Nic or a defecto staple where furloughed pilots go above 757 captains- only an idiot makes a comment like the one above... Only an idiot. No other explanation.

Not all of the Supreme Court agreed with the premise of Obamacare. But it is the law of the land.

You're the idiot if you think the Nic is going to happen. It's dead, At least 3 federal Judges said so.

1. by that logic..i.e. no furloughs at time of merger...it would then hold true that there were no "new hires" and the 17 year pilot scab was actually put behind an 18 month full union off probation veteran.

2. legal date smeagal date....the pilots represented by usapa and soon to be the APA entered into what is called a "binding arbitration" and representative body who arbitrarily changes that list will be held liable for the now extreme damages the scab union has caused... again...usapa is nothing but a scab union, has no one to negotiate with, and is in violation of its DFR.

3. 3 mergers? Really?? you rookie....

4. The Nic is to this date the only accepted system seniority list for all LCC pilots....see ya later uscaba!!!

I know about HOW MB works. I like the term "weaponized". TWA, Reno and Air Cal I am in support of. Stripping those same pilots of the LOS is the same lapse in judgment the AWA pilots exercise. See you "Hitler Youth" out in the line.

Just when you hope to engage someone who you think may know what they're talking about, this clown comes off the bench.

TWA pilot got full LOS in the transaction.

Call somebody to help you understand what LOS is. And not your mommy...

Sounds just like.....American.....TODAY. Bankrupt without the assistance of US Airways. You guys need to go at the bottom of the integrated seniority list.
How much did Dougie pay for AA?

Oh yea,

Whats your hourly rate before the transaction?

Your USAPA tells you that the AA deal is worth 1.6 Billion to Usairways pilots (thats a "B") Thats your union telling you that.. Do you believe them? AA would have been fine without LCC..

BTW, you're welcome... 🙄

Frankly it ain't my problem and I can't imagine why you want me to read such a long post (other than it must help you feel justified about whatever "really happened"). Yawn. Old news. Whatever really happened is MB.

Yep, education... Who needs it?

I guess if you can stonewall in the court system, who gives a shyt... Did I get that right?

Or was it the big words in there that threw you off??

Yes, so why didn't you guys roll your wholly owned express carriers into mainline? Where was your flow-through?

AA had a history of bringing tons of new faces onto the property, then shipping the metal. Re-visit history sunshine. It might do you some good.
