He's a pimp and USAPA had the cheap hotel on Woodlawn
A pimp attorney? Isn't that redundant?

Gee Lee are you also proud to lie to the east pilots and the court telling them that a new union means the old agreements don't mean anything?
You east pilots must be feeling betrayed by your lawyer about now.
You hire a lawyer that tells you a tale completely opposite to what he is telling another labor group. Except he is quoting the NMB in one case where to you eastie all he had to do was tell you what you wanted to hear.
Seham cost you and all of us 5 years of a new contract because he played on your emotions. Nice going boys. Way to show your labor experience. Fooled by a your leadership and a lawyer.
The T/A is a contract that defines how seniority will be determined. What you and Seham tried to do was re open that contract. Exactly what Seham said the NMB does not allow. As usual, you took Seham's words and twisted them. He is talking about a labor group re opening a signed contract for a redo. There was no signed contract. His discussion is completely different than this situation.
Making up BS is not facts.
You made the statement, back it up.

Post where judge Silver said that she agree or accepted that usapa has an LUP. You can't because judge Silver never said it.
If she had she would have dismissed this case.

so what happened I have been looking all over the google, i see that army of leonidas has not updated since may, usapawatch shut down. Who won the guys from the west or the captain eastie beastie yellow necker pickleballers from the east? thanks in advance for your assistance. Just a person who has no dog in the race but knows right from wrong.
Nothing to update at this time. Just waiting of the courts decision(s). I'll leave you with a quote from the NMB: "In disputes where there is a collective bargaining agreement in existence and the Board's certification results in a change in the employee's representative, questions frequently arise concerning the effect of the change on the existing agreement. The Board has taken the position that a change in representation does not alter or cancel any existing agreement made in behalf of the employees by their previous representatives. The only effect of a certification by the Board is that the employees have chosen other agents to represent them in dealing with the management under the existing agreement". (this from 1976, but no less true).
Shame on you. Keep leading the blind while being deaf. The "existing" agreement was renegotiated. The NIC dream never was ratified in a contract. The new method will be. Seham and the NMB don't matter. The FACTS matter.
So, you claim that since the larger pilot group decided to change union representation, and since said union refused to abide by the existing arbitration AND refused to use that agreed upon seniority arbitration in a nearly 5 YEAR negotiation process USAPA is now clear of the Nicolau seniority arbitration? DId you cross your fingers when you agreed? I find it amusing that the attorney that promised USAPA a "slam dunk" is now espousing nearly the exact opposite for another customer.
If I were shopping for an attorney, I would seek one that didn't promise the moon and gave me realistic expectations. In fact, I would expect my union representatives to do the exact same thing.
You are right. The facts do matter.
Really! Is that what you are going to hang your hat on that judge Silver has determined that usapa has a LUP?Is that your prediction?
MR. HARPER: ...We're saying when they go to start that process, that they need to present the Nicolau Award unless they have a legitimate union purpose for not doing so. The touchstone is the legitimate union purpose.
THE COURT: Okay. Okay. I agree with you. But the legitimated union purpose can be in representing everyone which would also be the East Pilots and coming up with a combination; right? You agree that there are a variety of different seniority agreements --
MR. HARPER: There are a variety of seniority --
THE COURT: -- that can be fair to everyone.
