No court has implemented the Nic. No one is willing to implement the Nic. Everyone has gone to great lengths to pretend they "believe the Nic is fair"... and one day it may prove useful in making them immune from a lawsuit, just as much as USAPA's immunity from being defunct. Who needs a LUP (even though Silver herself stated one)?

Usapa needs an LUP because Silver said so. Typical east logic that you admit a judge ruled that one is needed but make this leap of intellect and say she really did not mean it.

I will bet that Parker is willing to implement the Nicolau about a micro second after the transaction closes and you east pilots can't mess up his merger and pay day.

Kirby can say anything he wants in a crew news. He has as much credibility as usapa when it comes to telling the truth. The ONLY thing that matters is what the court says. Judge Silver said usapa has to have an LUP. She has not said usapa has one.

Simple word search from the transcript. Show your work.

Post where judge Silver said that she agree or accepted that usapa has an LUP. You can't because judge Silver never said it.

If she had she would have dismissed this case.
