It is time for you to consider that the only accepted system seniority list at LCC is the Nicolau award.

Simple fact.....

Perhaps you might want to call a usapa rep or merger committee member and just ask them what they intend to present to the APA.

That $63K you threw away on the UAL merger will look like small potatoes when you realize how much pay you forfeited over the last 6 years buying into the Bradford Seeham plan.

gotta go, ain't wasting no more time of vacation number 4 this year!

Please get back to the readers regarding your movement on the separate west seniority list for the last seven years.

When you are on reserve, you do not receive any more pay for vacation, just the minimum guarantee. It just gives you a few days off in a row when you are on reserve.

As I have told you for several years now, your BS that the NIC is the only accepted list at LCC hasn't changed. The only reason it was accepted was because ALPA was on the property at the time. Once again, you thick headed prick, the only reason that it is the only accepted list is because when Parker saw the legal matters involved, he called a time out instead of accepting a DOH list from USAPA.....he covered his and USAirway's asses by calling a time out and not letting things move forward. IT IS AND HAS BEEN AT A STANDSTILL SINCE THAT POINT IN TIME!!!!Now the $63k just doesn't have a freaking thing to do with you, does it? You are sounding a whole lot like Clear.....so, tell me....were you also a 2003 hire dated Mesa pilot? You sure sound like that kind of "screw you East pilots" mentality......Trying to get ahead, eh?

Wasn't going to take the time to respond but since Breeze called me a prick...I will hang just a bit and start with you....


Let's see...since the merger I have moved up about 90 numbers....if I were more junior, like say Captain Gay, I would have moved up about 200 numbers, but see as the list gets longer , more and more retire from below my position...kinda like how most of the east pilot list will retire junior to me...get it?


With PBS an 31 days of vacation I get basically 2 weeks off 5 out of 12 months easy.

I called you a prick because you keep throwing this BS line out here that the NIC is the only accepted list at LCC. Another false statement , just like your claiming that the last 4 arbitrations have been via slotting.....when actually, only half of those are in use and being used at airlines where bidding is taking place on equipment. Stop trying to stack the deck with your BS statements.....that's all.

Parker did not call a time out. The NMB did, but that is a different story about a bunch of reneging malcontents trying to force separate ops. Parker just obliged, after all, why not, it only saves the company at least $150 million/year.

The company has repeatedly told the courts the only list they ever accepted was the Nic.

Remember? They are "neutral", and the only system seniority list ever negotiated, mediated, arbitrated by the pilots they employ is the one they accepted.

Again, call a usapa merger committee member if you know one...usapa is going with the Nic, or nothing is going til usapa is gone!

Since the merger, most east pilots have moved up hundreds of numbers due to their attrition. There have been many upgrades to block holder, captain and wide body. How ironic that American pilots and East pilots left alpa and now they may merge.

You have moved up only 90 numbers since the merger? Well, enjoy your stagnation you brought to the merger, you deserve every bit of it.

I am not the poster who says the last 4 arbitrations have gone slotting...that is trader..

I am the guy who says the next one will go with slotting of the Nic and the AMR list.

Once again, a totally false statement from you. The thing that is killing you is that you have no leverage here, which you whole heartedly thought would help you jump 17 yrs in seniority over a bunch of old farts in the East. Ain't gonna work, junior. that is the BS that this is all about.
