Awesome. By your post I presume you will have NO trouble puting the Kirby Proposal w/ an 11% wage increase (over what the West already make) & using the only seniority list sitting on Parker's desk (the Nic). If the merger goes toast, that is EXACTLY what we should do.
Actually it does. We made a deal to end our SLI with binding arbitration. The fact that the west has held off our majority for so long proves that. And now with John Taylor telling everyone his "Plan B" to withdraw from the MoU should the Silver not rule favorably, we have a clear idea of where this is heading.
The only thing that embarrasses me is your (USAPA faithful) complete lack of moral fiber, ethics & trust. You are the laughing stock of the commercial aviation industry. Millions spent, nearly a billion FOREVER lost and still NO DOH. I think Judge Silver will get it (just like Judge Wake did).
Hang in there Scotty, the ride is almost over.
Still no NIC. Life is good! The only thing that embarrasses me is your (USAPA faithful) complete lack of moral fiber, ethics & trust. You are the laughing stock of the commercial aviation industry. How have you been fodase?
We made a deal to have an arbitrator use the ALPA merger policy. The windfall made it easy for many to forgive him for failing.![]()
I guess "windfall" is in the eye of the beholder.![]()
Look at your W2 for the last 8 years...the "mighty Spartans" have kept you in poverty, devaluing your entire life's work permanently, until the day you die, you're never going to recover the lost wages the Spartans have kept from you. Ever. Good thing you have nothing but a withered house plant to count as an heir. Harbor freight is probably hiring, maybe your new GED supervisor would be impressed by your imagined military heroics? Me? not at all ole' butter bars. GFY Scab.
"Unanamously" are you kidding try the usual 6 to 5, the retrospective pay is the only thing that made it unamimous, and that's because of the CLT and 2 PHL reps.Well you fat fool, they are not morons like the CLT and PHL reps who seem to not remember the BPR UNANIMOUSLY passed the MOU and the pilots passed it 76% and expect the union to support the merger efforts.
You would guess wrong. Its in the eye of the majority.

Since you don't know me I'm now fodase? Brilliant deductive reasoning there Tony.
Yeah, every pilot with the APA is dying to implement the Nic because of it is abundantly clear their is no windfall to anyone. It's likely the current majority will be the minority. The new majority being the who controls the APA.Analysts say November trial date a "win" for the airlinesA couple of industry analysts have called the November 25 anti-trust trial date for American Airlines and US Airways a "win" for the carriers.Wolfe Research analyst Hunter Keay said he believes there is a 75 percent likelihood that the merger between the two airlines will occur as the Department of Justice's anti-trust complaint is "weak.""We also think DOJ relies too heavily on anecdotal and vignette-driven arguments, as was the case in Oracle/PeopleSoft, which DOJ lost in embarrassing fashion," Keay wrote in a research report sent to investors on Friday.Bond analyst Vicki Bryan at Gimme Credit applauded the federal judge's decision to set a November trial date instead of agreeing with the government's request for a March trial."Kudos to the judge -- this whole thing has dragged out more than long enough," Bryan said in a research note. "The trial is expected to last 10 days, which could mean a decision by yearend."-Andrea AhlesAug 30, 2013 2:49:45 PM | Permalink | Comments (0) | TrackBack (0)Fort Worth Star-TelegramCopyright 2013 Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
