The results of the United seniority arbitration is obviously due to the US Airways East pilots influence.

The is devastating to the west case and I believe the final nail in the nic coffin.

Proof positive you are nothing more than a self centered ego maniac, devoid of any concept that there is an entire world in existence outside of your little fantasy of self importance.

Ask NoNoNic 4 me about the UAL scabs. There were NO scabs at NWA. No scabs at DAL. None at AAA.
Yup. Plenty of scabs at CAL. They controlled many thing at CAL, and I understand they walked around the place acting like hero's for "saving the company." Thought that everyone else owed them a debt of gratitude, and were protected and rewarded by CAL management.

Can't wait for every last one of them to retire. Thankfully, with the changing of the guard on the combined MEC, and the very different mentality of Legacy United pilots with regard to scabs, their time is over. They will be treated the same as UA scabs have always been, for their remaining career.

click, click.

Hussy fit indeed! More like hard work and a willingness to take LESS in order to avoid that illegal award. You finally get your beloved day in court and you shoot yourself in the foot, and Judge Silver blinks and delays the trial even more. RR

We will always get our day in court, or more precisely, we will always make you wait for our day in court.

Enjoy that hard work and that crap contract.

Oh, looky here, yet another vacation coming up in October, should I stay in town and hand out treats to the tricksters? Weather in PHX is always great at the end of OCT.

Oh, and my foot is completely intact. Got a copy of that denial letter yet?

Oh I know. I had to deal with these same jackwagons in 2000. Now that life moves on and another binding arbitration is behind us, thought I'd come back and dispel some of the misinformation. I know some of you actually want to know the facts.

Your posts are your opinion, not facts. The East pilots paved the way for UAL and all airline pilots to be treated fairly and have their longevity recognized.

Facts in link below;

Sure, hand out treat$ to the Trick$ter$. But are you sure Andy and I have scheduled a meet and greed then? Let me check the Rolex you bought me and the schedule. Don't recall anything in Oct.

I wasn't aware that it was DOH.

How’s that cape fitting you there super seniority stud? Righter of all wrongs, defender of DOH, nixer of the nefarious Nic.

It's amazing you guys make fun of the Leonidas videos. Here comes the heroic rhetoric of, "we are on a just cause, blah, blah, blah." Then as soon as the holy spotlight leaves you, you hunch over, crouch down on the floor and start crafting your DOH list. Side of the virtuous and right, yeah right give me a break.

Bean

Side note: I think some of the east pilots are just trying to do what they feel is right and aren't out to grab anothers seniority. I'm not making fun of them.

Oh yeah...... I may not be a huge fan of the Nic, but I thought you might enjoy the, "nixer of the nefarious Nic," title.

So there IS a denial letter, or are you just speculating? If you have it, what are you hiding?

East pilots, correcting the wrongs of ALPA.

You're delusional as usual.

The United pilots changed the ALPA merger policy to benefit themselves just like they did before the first USAir merger attempt.

Slotting got twice the weight as LOS.

Oh I see! USAPA only wanted LOS "RECOGNIZED." Got it. And here I thought all along that the east wanted the "gold standard" of DOH. My mistake.

So you would be OK with a small percentage of weighting for your LOS to be "recognized" while status and category is weighted twice as much? Oh and you would agree to having your furloughed pilots go back out first in any future downsizing? I must have missed that update since I haven't been around these parts too much lately.

Just want to be clear. A simple yes or no answer would suffice, Clax.

If ALPA (John Prater and Pals) gave Nicolau the current merger policy in place they would still have USAir paying dues.

If ALPA (John Prater and Pals) had suggested everyone consider incorporating LOS into a compromise (and the West had pulled their head out) then things would have worked out.

If the West really wanted to move forward they would have counted the cost. They have gambled it all, ALL or Nothing. I don't blame them. If they win the payout looks great. Not that their is any integrity in it, but the payout looks great.

Hey, haven't you move on, already?
