Ah the never ending USAPA journey on the modified Kubler-Ross model. I see we've returned to DENILE (again). It's supposed to be 5 stages linearly, ending with ACCEPTANCE. USAPA is forever circular.

Sorry, the Nicolau seniority list is the final position of an agreed upon process. That IS the compromise. We have no reason or compunction to "negotiate" away from the process that you agreed to (even Seham is telling AMFA this).

Please don't worry how much $$ we are spending on Marty. I assure you he is worth every penny.

What is your cut Cactusboy?

Was wondering how he threatened the junior men to fund the Army. Box cutters. Fitting.

He's not threatening any anybody to donate.

Let me rephrase that...... USAPA is in a can, he, (Marty) has the can opener.

Litigation has prevented a larger group from obtaining their dream of a DOH seniority list.
We for the most part, as are you and all other West Pilots living the dream of DOH... It is what you have now... and didn't have a problem until the NIC came out and the East Pilots said "no way"... well they probably really thought "no fukin way"!

Oh, you are operating on the assumption that there is agreement with you.

If you ever find USAPA in disagreement with your aspirations, and unwilling to be persuaded, you may have to find someone with the jurisdiction and authority to change USAPA's negotiating position. Wake didn't have the horse power to stay the course, but Silver might be a lot smarter... She has been in the past. 😀

PHOENIX - The first woman to hold the top federal judicial post in the District of Arizona has stepped down.
Court officials announced Wednesday that U.S. District Court Chief Judge Roslyn Silver relinquished her leadership role on Sept. 3.
Silver assumed the position after Chief Judge John Roll and five others were killed in the 2011 Tucson shooting that left former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and 12 others wounded.
Silver was appointed to the federal bench in 1994 by President Bill Clinton.
Judge Raner C. Collins will take over the position.
Collins lives in Tucson and was appointed to the court in 1998.
Officials say the leadership change comes as the district aims to fill six judicial vacancies.

At least with Leonidas we carry a big stick.

Sorry, no carrot at the end of the stick, only pain.

So, you call it "big stick" ?

Well AOL does remind me of someone walking around holding something in hand - legally speaking of course.
