Oh yes. Yet ANOTHER Federal Judge that "just doesn't get it". Perhaps it's USAPA and its cheerleaders like yourself whose heads are so far up your own ass your perception of reality and moral compass is entirely flawed?

Yes, like Wake. Do they make AZ judges take polygraphs?
Like the A320 Fighter Pilot resume. Cute.

That's about as likely as an USAPA picket line.

This is what it would look like in those mix and unmatch CaptFO uniforms.

Make that FOCapt as in faux.

In short, if the company and the DOJ can settle this thing and eliminate that temporary ripeness question, then Silver is not going to waste time on the games that USAPA wants to play. It's full speed ahead as soon as this merger happens.

Great summation.

I had to search through a lot of cheering to find this gem. You nailed it! Full speed ahead as soon as this merger happens. Really? Great summation indeed. Class status, Silver fawning over Bob, and no yet again no discovery on LEO. Yawn. Nothing new. And I hear there is still a trial in late October, no NIC for you from Silver, and a little matter of a "vote" that negates your complaint (eventually.) RR

It is sad you make fun of guys that have gone from Capt. back to F/O. But understand you have to actually make Capt. for that to happen, thus there is not a lot of empathy in the West Class. Luv..I mean RR

Do you think I really give a damn after the crap U-saps have done to the West? Not only are you going to get the Nic, there will be damages sought for your evasion. You'll find out there is no prize for cheating, only scorn.

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]There are reports that Bill McKee, Steve Crimi, DeWitt Ingram, Paul DiOrio, and Paul Music are preparing multiple resolutions to recall Gary Hummel and remove James Ray from the Communications Committee, Dave Caibattoni from the Grievance Committee, and all four NAC members. In addition, the CLT and two PHL Reps want to fire USAPA's current attorneys, hire new attorneys, and only permit the new lawyers to speak to the BPR and not the President.[/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]The plan that I heard is to return people to power such as Bill McKee as President, Paul DiOrio to NAC Chairman, and Tracy Parella as Grievance Committee Chairman; along with adding other like minded people to committee positions.[/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]The view of these hardliners is that they believe they can get more for the pilot group with an amended MOU.[/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]The fallacy in this argument is that the MOU is part of AMRs confirmed Plan of Reorganization and was voted on by AMR's creditors when they approved the Disclosure Statement. Any change to the MOU would need approval from APA, AMR, US Airways, AMR's UCC, the Bankruptcy Court, and AMR's creditors. At this state of AMR's formal reorganization what are the odds of US Airways' pilots obtaining additional contract improvements if the proposed corporate transaction proceeds when the revenue described in the Disclosure Statement is at risk if the DOJ demands an unrealistic antitrust lawsuit settlement? [/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]Considering the current state of the proposed merger, when Structural and Behavioral Remedies may be required that lower projected revenues to prevent the antitrust lawsuit from proceeding, what are the odds all of the parties in the previous paragraph would undo the MOU and provide US Airways' pilots with a more lucrative MOU? Let me answer that question. Zero. Nada. Nothing.[/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]Furthermore, even though the MOU is ratified it has not been executed and can be withdrawn by the company in retaliation to any adverse USAPA action or the union reneging on an agreement. How ironic it would be for the merger to proceed without a MOU for US Airways' pilots (No Retrospective Pay, No Bonus, and No other contract improvements) with the new DOJ carve outs funded by US Airways' pilots because of the actions of the hardliners. Think this is not possible or the Company would not pull the MOU? Have we seen this before? [/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]If this issue concerns you I encourage you to contact your Reps at [/background]bpr@usairlinepilots.org[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)] and attend next week's BPR meeting scheduled for Thursday and Friday, September 26th & 27th at USAPA's WWHQ's in CLT. Remember...it's not what the hardliners say...it's what they do. [/background]
