So, "HP's dreams" involve shucking off those with legitimate complaints, hoping to whittle the passenger group down to those who do not care.

Great mission statement. Striving to lower quality. Don't work to hard, sport. You are already going faster to the bottom than anyone else.

No, not wound tight, just tired of rank and file employees taking the heat for MANAGEMENT. Maybe some employees "shuck" their responsibilities but I would hope most US employees dont SHIRK theirs. East and West. By the way, Old Lady? Dont know me at all, do you? Didnt think so. But by any means any LEGITIMATE complaint should be handled professionally. This does not mean that I am not disappointed in the currrent state of the airline. I wished for more for all of us, employees and passengers alike. Can still dream, cant I??

A sad state of affiars when our bretheren in the west would rather have a FF leave our airline than to listen to the person. It doesn't matter if you agree or dis-agree with that person... as long as you respect their right to say it on this board. Shame on you MAMA. I hope you don't garnish the attitude of the west, as this shows your small airline mentality. Remember, sister, these FF's pay your paycheck.

Just my opinion...
 
I hope we! AWA/USAIR and UNITED do merge that way we can take a NAME that will hopefully UNITE us all UNITED!!. :up: THE BIG AIRLINE....
