There are far TOO many employees that have resorted to ACCEPTING this Sh*t, Garbage run operation that feel "Oh well, it is what is ..." Bullsh*t. When Parker and his cronnies decided to merge with US and create their "Grand LCC Carrier" they had a HELLUVA lot of potential at their disposal. They have squandered every opportunity they have had...pissed off Customers and Employees alike and have made USAirways a clusterf*ck unseen in the business world. You got your wish Mama...I'm on DL today FC all the way. And one of the planes is one their International 767s. I'll let you know how it goes. Maybe I'll report that US has a much better product.... ....okay maybe they'll be on par with US.... oh, i have to stop cracking myself up...we'll see how it goes as I haven't flown on DL in awhile and I really only know what to expect on FL and UA flights.

I truly hope you have a safe trip. I wish you would come out to Phx and meet some of us on the west and maybe see that we are not so bad. Hopefully, the management will get the hint about FF's leaving and get this airline back on its feet. I truly believe the new "trial" buy up status is due to the number of FF's jumping ship. I think instead of keeping its preferred members they are recruiting new ones. I guess I was taught it was easier to keep a customer than find another. What do I know? Im thinking this airline is like a drunk who needs to hit bottom before they realize what they have done. Will it be too late to survive(without cirrhosis(sp?) I feel like a family member of the drunk who gets blamed for their behavior and is embarrassed but has no control over the situation. We vent but mean no harm. I hope that if you choose to trvl with US things get better but if you trvl another carrier may those trvls all be safe. Mama

Awww shux...it is probably the signature cocktails on my DL flights but I think you took my post the wrong way. Indeed I think you take all of my posts the wrong way. My post in this thread originally was intended to be as outrageous as the poster who started this thread. After today, CP status is worthless. They can take the US1 desk and dump it in the ocean. Those peopLe are becoming more and more worthless. I have never complained about HP RES.I think sometimes HP in general is narrowminded and won't think outside the box, but your general res are very good. Much better than the east (and I am not including the philippines). The US1 desk used to be the best...no longer and it is sad...the agent today was finishing up for 20 seconds at least a conversation with a coworker before greeting me. That is bs. I will not apologize for my posts. I think you misunderstand me. It is time you people on the west recognize your management team is making what was once a great and fun airline to fly a miserable endeavor. That is not a good thing.
