SWA seems to be taking us seriously:

Just trying to make some people here think a little and look beyond their little paradigms.
Parker is not a great CEO, but he isn't a bad one either.
He is a money man - but who now isn't. The days of Bethune and the Herb are gone.
Parker has more than proved that he can run an airline.
Parker is not the "aw shucks" guy he makes himself out to be.
The east pilots thought they could come in, push the "commuter airline CEO" around a bit, and dictate how things were going to work. Now USAPA is getting its butt handed to them.
Guess that's what happens when you underestimate your opponent.

He leads a bunch of angry employees and THAT my friend is a recipe for disaster. You build trust and integrity with your employees and make them FEEL appreciated and you'll just see this place take off. You see NONE of that here. I don't doubt that Parker is good at what he does. Not for a minute. But what he is NOT is a leader of employees. You look at Bethune and Kelleher and you see a CEO who knew that a great airline is only possible with happy employees. Ya see that around here? So save your crap.
