Can I get an Amen!

Just because you have trust and anger issues doesn't mean we have to follow your path smartLoser. Sorry, but I'm happy person and I don't let management bother me. I go to work, do my job, make my passengers and the crew that I work with happy, collect my paycheck and go home. Life is about having fun and enjoying life. You obviously have alot of anger in you and maybe you should get some therapy. We have employee assistance program you know!

And they have special jackets and places for people like you too!

OK . .you say CEO's left because they saw something wasn't right. Based on your post history-you obviously believe the same thing. Our question to you is . .why are you still around??????
This is about US being mismanaged for the past 20+ years on the backs of non-management with the hopes of a management team capable enough to make it a decent well run money making company to be employed. We all saw the potential but the decision makers exploited it. We all hope for a management team to stay and make it a great job and company. This does exist at other airlines. I think we still have this hope. Do we have the right management? I have seen a lot of them come and go and take everything I worked so hard for and then they leave.

My tenure of 24 years allows me the right to speak about such pass mismanagement. I will repeat myself and say: “I have NO CONFINDANCE is this managementâ€￾

Pass practices speak volumes…Have you seen one thing different..?? I haven’t…!!

You need to wake up and quit believing that the yellow brick road leads to Tempe.
Poor employees with negative attitudes are just as destructive to a company's success as poor management.

NObody's asking you to automatically trust anyone . .just give them a chance, or LEAVE!

John John seems to get it..

OKay, let me ask you a question. What would Dougie Parker have to do in your eyes to make you see it my way..??

Sell assets...??? Ask for ANOTHER cut in pay or benies..?? Other companies do not operate this way.

My point is, I've reach the end with the same old song and dance...I'm tired of being the escape goat.

sink or swim...I'm finished either way.

Once again......each person has their threshold of what they are willing to accept. If you have reached your threshold, then move in. Complaining about it here isn't going to change it.

This is exactly what I'm talking about...

A former airline executive and the heirs of an electronics pioneer have been busy in western Connecticut's real estate market.

In Kent, a favorite site for second homes for New Yorkers, former US Airways Group Chairman Stephen M. Wolf just paid $3.58 million for a three-bedroom, 4,600-square-foot modern stone-and-wood home. The house is on 17 acres with a 58-foot lap pool and a great room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.

I deal with "Professional Victims" every day
it is part of customer service. Sense of enlightenment
And that is why I'm staying to get something out of it. You don't have a quitter here! That is what management wants the noisemaker to go away. You know about the squeaky wheels don't you. Too much at stake here. Good jobs with a lot of potential. Our service is too vital to the world. Congress/Senators/local officials and the President gets involved every time a job action is staged. I will stay and better my self. And Ya'll will have to deal with it.

I will again use my husbands favorite expression, "Luck is the Residue of Design." Many say CEOs are lucky but when they went to school and worked hard right out of school, they eventually got where they are. Sometimes its was meeting the right person at the right time but they put the wheels in motion. Maybe people need to start taking responsibility for where they are in life. Maybe going to school for a different vocation. Maybe just do something to correct wrongs being done in their workplace such as getting involved in the union. Who knows what can happen? Bob, Amen!!

Just keep taking it...They'll keep giving it out.

See that's the difference between you & me . .I would NOT keep taking it. If I feel like I'm being treated like crap . .I will LEAVE. I won't stay in that position, and then whine about it on the internet/
