Can someone tell me why LCC & DAL seem to move inversely?

LCC & DAL seem to move inversely. Is it because of international exposure vs. domestic? Not trying to shake or stir just curious.

Actually, they don't - notice that Friday they were both up. The movement of each depends on any number of factors, some specific to the individual company, some specific to the industry, some about the economy in general. On any given day, these factors can move the two stocks in opposite or the same way.

Just look at the charts since DL emerged from BK and issued new stock - both generally lower than in May with a rise in July.
