US Airways Update - Change of Control Grievance
To All District Lodge 141 & 142 Local Lodge Chairmen Employed by US Airways
Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Representatives from District 141 & 142 conferred last week with Legal Counsel and are continuing preparation for a change in control arbitration case scheduled for February.
Coordinated meetings with both District Lodges and Counsel will continue as our preparation for the case continues to progress.
