Changing The Name

Once again a foolish move on the part of your leadership.

Don't change your name to US Airways.. It represents everything that is bad in
the industry..

You don't see Southwest changing their name.. They are no longer a Southwestern Airline only.. Watch their new commercials.

If you going to change your name, change it to Piedmont. Atleast it does not
represent the crap that the US Airways name does.

US Airways name is not a global as your CEO thinks.. People around the world still want to get on a TWA flight or a PanAm flight.. When you ask someone from another country about US Airways they go "Huh"!!

Keep your identity.. Don't fall for the crap that the investment bankers and money people are saying.. They are sales people.. They are trying to unload a nasty pig for profit. Dr Bronner has no interest in running an airline, he wants to make back some of the money he wasted when he invested in US Airways.. Beware..

He swallowed a bitter pill and now he's trying to wash out his mouth.

Go Solo, buy the chunks when US Airways falls down and dies. Don't be fooled by a fancy talker in a cheap suit..

Piedmont? I don't think anyone west of the mississippi river has ever heard of Piedmont. If they're going to completely change the name, buy up Braniff or Pan Am (guessing here AA wou't let go of TWA).. Those names are known internationally.

You need to get a grip on yourself.. Face the truth that your going to be out of a job real soon and your wonderful leaders Dr Bonehead and His Side Kick Lakewipe the boat commander will be in Alabama counting their money, playing golf and laughing at you..

Anybody from Piedmont and PSA has the right to complain. I was there in 89' "Mirror Image" was an absolute failure. It ought to be in the textbooks for leadership training on what NOT to do.

Don't let them pull the same BS on you HP. Just a word of warning from an employee who's been there, done that, got the T shirt.

And you are management.. All you do is whine on the board about how great they are doing and everyone else is the problem..
