A little history for you unless you have just been lurking...
Bob, Art, and many others have tried their hardest to work with US Airways as they have a passion for US and the employees that work here. They have been here thru thick and thin. They rallied around FFOCUS to get Tempe to understand the need to improve their FC product or say buh bye to US Airways. Just when it looked like the company got it, the company again spoke too soon and have failed in their ability to implement what they say. Most, including myself interpret that as either incompetence or direct lies. For 2 years we have been told that there will be changes to FC with glassware put back on the East and china and silverware for both sides. WHERE IS IT?? The last promise was 6 months ago with the target date for Fall 2007. Well they better get with it as there are only about 30 days left of that. Now it's January.

FC aside, Tempe still runs inflight service as 2 companies providing a confusing and inconsistant product. The res system is still not up to snuff, causing havoc to our most loyal customer.

Most importantly is VALUE. It is insulting to pay the SAME as other carriers for first class when others are giving far more at the same price.

All in all, Bob and the rest have the right to say what they want. The company has let them down.
