This airline sucked for the last 20 years but it is all Sand Castles fault in the last two.

Every system twice BK US had was soooo much better then little O'l AWA used (the Fact that CO & NWA used them too doesn't count).

Is it not supposed to be convenient for efficiency's sake? You know, so I can help other customers, in a timely manor? There are so many passengers, and yet, so few of us.

Who by the way cannot think thier way out of a paperbag, becuase it wasn't that way for the last 25 years and we have always done it that way! But we gave great "East Coast" type customer service, sure we where rude but we where "High Class" rude not "stupid red state nice" like you losers in Tempe.
