Can any of the UAL union people give specifics as to what UAL wants by asking the judge to throw out all labor agreements?

Well, unless someone here is on the negotiating team, we don't know for sure, but in the case of IAM, I suspect UAL wants something very close to their proposed terms as published here: http://www.iam141.org/PDF/United/Final%20I...%2011-04-04.pdf
