How about we try and be more constructive. Maybe the time and energy that is being spent on lawsuits could be used to help our fellow flight attendants on and about to face furlough.

APFA "HAD" a way that could have been constructive, and could have stopped(most likely) lawsuits.

I don''t think thats the lawsuit that is being mentioned here. I think its the TWA lawsuits that the original poster is refering to. Correct me if I''m wrong.
