Just heard Managing Director Criter is leaving AA TUL. Also heard 30-40 more managers from TUL are also leaving. Rats off a sinking ship? Do they know something?

For a positive thought, it may be they know their game is finished - perhaps somebody actually took notice of the piss-poor management, egos and empires in overhaul.

Time to leave before being fired/cashiered/etcetera ...

I ran into a level 6 manager last week at a funeral. He used to be in Tul and now is in DFW. He told me that Collins had not given his notice. I do not know about Durst though.

Maybe they have an inside track on which MRO's AA's overhaul is heading to, and they're getting a jump on the rest of the managers & production supervisors.... (totally tongue in cheek)

Quite possibly they realize that cost cutting through restructuring will have an effect on the bloated management ranks along with everyone else...

Most likely as these managers and directors and maybe VP's are allowed to leave, those who were climbing the ladder behind them will miss a rung or two.
