Dec 2012 / Jan 2013 US Pilots Labor Discussion

Accepted by Prater. Delivered by Prater to Parker. Accepted by Parker, and meets the constraints that he gave the process. Sitting on Parker's desk.

DOH (or DOH-lite) list? Not on Parker's desk. Not accepted by Parker.

The ONLY reason that it has not been utilized is by your childish withdraw from the JNC and the further childish assembly of a new union for the principal purpose of evading the Nicolau seniority list.

Mike and Randy already schooled you in June/July 2000 "Airwaves": No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.

Hurry up now and drop that DOH list on Parker's desk. Hurry now. We've been waiting 1753 days since USAPA's promised contract and plan.....

I don't think you understand, either that or I don't understand the process going forward. The company has and will remain "neutral" on the forthcoming SLI between USAPA and APA. The only "list" that will get dropped on the CEO's desk (whomever that turns out to be) will be the one put together by the soon to be commenced negotiation and or MB arbitration between USAPA and APA, correct?

It is USAPAs' intention to put forth East and West pilot "data" with the goal of achieving a DOH based list with APA, subject to certain conditions, restrictions and fences, which are as yet to be determined/negotiated.

See any mention of the "NIC" in any of that? When all is said and done AOL can tilt at all the "windmills" they so desire.

You can ask about the B-scale all you want. I wasn't on the property at the time, and am proud to say, I was a soldier in the fight to end it. I doubt I'd be able to answer your question to your rhetorical satisfaction anyway. You don't accept correct or true answerers at face value, and there's little pilot in engaging with you.

BTW, Easties are flying mainline jets for commuter wages since what 2004? When did LOA93 come into effect?

It's not just the East that has taken it 'In the shorts" since LOA93, the West 757 drivers have been at the bottom of the barrel "forever" even prior to LOA93, whatever.

So now it looks like we are all going to "equals", how nice. Let's see, how are we now going divide and denigrate each other? I guess we will just have to rely on that old "who's got the most wide-bodies" and FLT Attendants don't count!

Awesome. Just drop that list on the table, and lets's get the show on the road.

Not only can they, but they are going to. Just because you may have a case doesn't mean you'll win it. Since USAPA is obligated to represent the best interst of the MAJORITY of it's members, and APA will have the same obligation, your DFR case is over. Pay a lawyer if you want, it's your cash. Oh, and the defense will be using OUR cash, yours included.

Cry all you want. You guys are going to have to pay your dues, just like everyone else.

No need to cry.

You are completely missing the point.

I have no doubt, if left to there own scabduggery, usapa will attempt to forward a DOH list.

Problem for usapa is they do not have a DFR to the majority, they have a DFR to every pilot in the class and craft they represent, including those non-members who refuse to join scab unions. Also, they are not working in a vacuum. A negotiation is going to take place. Had any lucky "negotiating" a change to the accepted list yet?

Bottom line is uscaba will get shut down on their fantasy, and the West will not have to sue. However, I do predict the West might have to file something just to ensure the nail is hammered into the uscaba coffin.

And on your "windfall" comment. I got "powerful evidence of a fair outcome", what do you have other than two weeks vacation and a Shiite pay rate? Nothing, that is what. So, get back to us when you quit whining about the fact that you are lucky to have had continued employment after you got recalled in 2005.

Suffice it to say you do not understand the process going forward.

AOL will "tilt" the windmill long before any of this is over.

Did you or any former US Air pilots get stock options in the new US Airways? Why? If any of you did, why was that not offered to the AWA pilots?.....
That was not the question. Please read before attemping to respond. ALPO gave you profit sharing, or do you not remember?

Please post the SEC filing where Parker disclosed this. Thank you in advance! Lol
And where would you find a requirement that he disclose this in an SEC filing? He said it in more than once during Crew News. If it's a lie, he told it.

GREAT POINT!

They were also the only airline that had F/O's making more than Captains.. Baby Fokkers were cool though....
I was a B727 F/O and upgraded to Captain on the F28. I got a raise. Yeah...they were COOL!!!

Thanks Courtney, it's because of you and your ilk that we're in this situation...go back to monitoring the PHX bulletin board and reporting to Cleary the west's 'bad behavior'.
Delusional blame, but you go on keep trying. Are you ready for the next bid your, going to love it!!!! west AFO's keeping the west pilots form enjoying growth.

How's that?? Due to the separate ops that the east AFO has kept going, losing the average east Captain about $40-50k a year, I guess I will lose out. Just so a furloughee such as yourself can take the job of someone who was never furloughed.

How about some more of your angry letters, Woody and Ciabatta have to have written something for you. Maybe javarik or music could give us a rant or two...

Funny, considering you have lost way more than that over the course of you career, You have NEVER made industry wages, but than again I guess you could not get hired anywhere else.
