How exactly did the MOU get rid of the Nicolau?

The MOU does not "get rid" of the Nic. It simply shifts (at the time of the POR) the basis of any DFR by any party to a new merger methodology, one mandated (and obviously approved) by Congress. And thank you all for validating that fact with your unbelievably over the top vote.

I actually like that picture of Scott from the NYT. Nice. Perhaps you can post a picture of yourself for us to all enjoy. Any picture, from even your young days! My personal computer does not have the crunching power to Photoshop you, maybe LEO has one you can borrow.

As to the life left in USAPA, probably about 6-10 months. Keep those dues coming, the requirement for payment in full will transfer to APA.
