As is stands, we are at a huge disadvantage to the AMR pilots, and what is ludicrous is that there are still east pilots posting thinking somehow they will end up negotiating DOH with the APA.
Personally, I don't think that at all. I believe the best case, the most bulletproof case, the most durable case is a three way integration using the current paradigm all under the umbrella of M/B. Of course, you won't agree. More than that, you CAN'T agree because you have the NIC and you want it to the point of desperation. I for one do not feel any desperation for DOH. There are those that do and they are more financially driven than philosophically driven. What the company wants, what the APA wants and what USAPA needs is cover...a defensible position. I believe M/B gives them that and I would support whatever is awarded under that method. Then you can file your injunctions and your lawsuits and see how much traction you can get with them in federal court. Just my opinion, but I would guess, not much.
