The MOU has already been ratified... By the only party that counts.
You and your illegitimate union are irrelevant- Parker doesn't need you anymore. He thanks you for your emotion and stupidity, it's saved him 750 million.

That is why the East guys will vote it down. You need it, Parker needs it, we don't. 100k or nothing, and no Nic which is a given.

Vote it down, Parker and the UCC thank you. The merger is going forward regardless.

We'll see how many East pilots vote down a $48,000 pay raise.

Parker doesn't need anything we got and he would love to keep us on LOA 93 another two years while APA runs the show for us.

This afternoon US Airways filed a Notice of Appeal with the 9th Circuit. This means that US Airways will appeal Judge Silver's Dec 4th order dismissing the Company's Declaratory Action for ripeness. Your Leonidas team is satisfied with this action and we are prepared to advocate for the West Class during the course of this appeal. We will update you in greater detail later about how long the appeal will take and what we can expect, but for now we encourage all West pilots to sit back, relax, and ring in the New Year.

They just might keep saving him money. These fools might actually vote it down, not understanding that they can't stop the merger. All they will do is keep themselves on LOA93 a couple years longer. I'm sure they'll go on and on about the attrition, not understanding it will only benefit a few, the same few that have been manipulating the fools the last five years. Time to sit back and eat the popcorn.

I don't know. It seems there are a lot of east pilots blinded by anger and emotion. How many bad decisions have they made up to this point? Not a very good track record.
