Yes. Only problem is nobody advocated this with Nicolau- your own pilots let the furloughed down in the mediation and arbitration. Of course, you guys already screwed them once before with that MDA debacle you eadt pilots agreed to... Just to try and squeeze out a few more shekels before going Tango Uniform. Your "concern" for the furloughed is noted but conveniently comes a day late and dollar short
This seems reasonable, given that any discussion or arbitration will, most certainly, not be be based on any currently, pre-determined specific. "Admitting" that DOH won't be the ruling paradigm's but a formality here. My personal beliefs have never much effected how the world actually works 😉

I am comfortable with APA and USAPA exercising their responsibilities under M/B. Both unions can do just fine reaching an agreement that protects all pilots and avoids any extremes, ensuring that everyone moves on with something to be happy about, and avoids futile, needles lawsuits (accept perhaps for a small group of fanatics that will buy houses and exotic cars for their lawyers, and a Harvard law degree for their lawyers' children, and their lawyers' grandchildren.)
Why bother? Your pathetic little AWA sort universally evades acceptance of ANY wagers.
