And I assume you're a man of strength because you have Captain America avatar? Just so I understand, so long as you've done work in the union you're OK to criticize, otherwise no. And you're OK with Ciabattoni, Rowe, Parella, Cleary, Theur, and the handful of others that always seem to find themselves in the middle of failure and on FPL?

Cleary delivered your group to the AA merger with no Nicolau. Had Hummel been in his place? You would have lost a lot most likely. Most likely the Nic would be in. The others I am not familiar with. You should be on your knees thanking Cleary. Until Parker needed to talk none of you would have been successful with him, including the PHX reps who helped divide your airline. Their pay parity failure delivered LCC to the AA merge without the Nic. Thank them for it. The western div will not achieve the Nic without a joint contract. They literally screwed themselves because of their spite. Fitting.

It sounds like your admiration of Cleary goes a bit beyond respect - especially the knees part. Pay parity failure? I think that one is on us. Just how is it the PHX reps had anything to do with that? Your hero Cleary single handedly delivered us into an injunction and that's about all the legacy he has. We have no Nic because the courts have not given the company a definitive answer to their question and has nothing to do with Cleary. How many times was our list passed to Mike while he was in office? Zero-ish? He sent us on one litigation goose-chase after another costing us hundreds of thousands of dollars from New York to CLT to PHX with nothing to show for it. I'm pretty sure you're the only one here with a picture of Mike hanging on his bedroom wall.

I only see one James Ray on the list and it shows him working at CAL.
 
The BPR we now have got us the MOU we now have, and they did so unanimously with representatives from a very wide political persuasion. Sure the discussions were probably heated. If they weren't that would be a failure. Now that we await the MOU, in a period of tranquility, why are we now at this moment supposed to pull our swords from their scabbards?

When the MOU comes out maybe there will be lots of reasons for a recall. :lol:

How can we possibly survive without the judgement and wisdom demonstrated by Ingram Dewitt in his letter?

Well that certainly is fishy. I'm not saying the guy is or isn't, but if USAPA has scabs in its upper ranks that would explain the Teamsters telling them to $%# off. Well......that and the trying to redo the arbitration thing🙂
