USAPA is not defunct completely as the merger committee will continue to function as a stand-alone committee.
A negative endorsement to anyone that receives such.
Ironically, considering the source, an unintended endorsement for USAPA.

Leonidas, LLC has arranged for a three-hour meeting with the attorneys for the West Class on February 8th, 2013, from 9:30AM to 12:30PM. The location is the Coast Phoenix Sky Harbor Hotel (formerly known as the Crowne Plaza), located on Washington and 44th St. in Phoenix. Attorneys Marty Harper and Andy Jacob will be available to discuss the expected steps moving forward and their roles in seeing us through to the final completion of our Leonidas LLC Objectives. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers so mark your calendars for February 8th at 9:30AM.
Again, please note that since our last meeting, the hotel where we have regularly held our gatherings has changed ownership. The Crowne Plaza has become the Coast Phoenix Sky Harbor Hotel. The address remains 4300 East Washington Street in Phoenix, and free shuttle service is available from the airport. The hotel now charges for parking, so be sure to have your parking ticket validated at the front desk to have the parking fee waived.
As we have been litigating for over five years West pilots have banded together to shoulder the financial burden. Many have gone above and beyond to ensure their fellow West pilots also benefit. At this point, simply ignoring the threat to our careers is inexcusable. Please click here to contribute

Yes, we are wicked, and we even thought for a moment that we could take pride in our notoriety for doing things never done before or seen before in the history of mankind, but alas it is true there is nothing new under the sun. We were dismayed to realize we whined about ALPA already doing it to us before you whined that we did it to you. Sorta like "always a bridesmaid, never a bride." We will have to come up with something else that is uniquely notorious.

1. Pay increases that decrease depending on UAL or DAL's actions. Hmmmm.

Seriously? Umm...." in the history of mankind" huh? Well...that eliminates even the smallest chance that the American Revolution was even the least bit a moral endeavor. I suggest we properly tear down all monuments to the immoral likes of Washington, Adams, Franklin and Jefferson immediately and replace them with statues of St Nic and selected "heros" of the "Army" of leonidas. 😉 I almost forgot Mr. Lincoln's monuments as well, since slavery had long and agreeably existed within the law of his times. It further goes without saying that any options for people to ever divorce must needs now be stricken from the law as well. Need we continue here?
A gentle suggestion would be to first learn at least something, even anything at all about "the history of mankind" before spouting off such patently absurd nonsense.
