Sorry, but the usapa experiment of trying to close down the line and control admission to the new line is a failure.

Do you not know that the east pilots cannot bid west captain slots? Do you not know that the west was offered a fence to keep this from happening in the event that a list would become effective? Well....now you know.

I do not take wagers with people who are know to renege on agreements.

But, to date the Nic is the only accepted system seniority list at LCC, and I will gladly make a mockery of any "evidence" you have to the contrary.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd approve of someone taking part in an illegal job action for the right reasons before I would someone on the industry official scab list. There are no East pilots on that list, only west.

I saw one saying that it was a CO guy that is STILL on their list.

Oh look... another east bid is out! look at all those 330 positions... i wonder how much i will move up this time around?

There's going to be LOTS of movement on this next bid, assuming the merger moves forward (should know one way or the other this week). There's a "boatload" of senior F/O's sitting on the 76 & 330 for QOL benefits, you can bet they will "re-think" their bids looking at a $50,000 pay raise going back to the 320 as a junior CAP. I imagine the same thing will be happening out West with the 75 & the 320.

Just staying where I am will net me a $25,000 "Retro/Signing Bonus" check this Summer. But don't worry about me, I'll try to "bear up" to it.
