Based on what I have seen with the 170's, and the trouble B6 had with the 190's, I would stay away from both types. When I worked the 170, it was a complete piece of crap from a ground service perspective. Does Boeing still offer the 737-500, which was just above the 100 seat capacity? I recall that UA had them, and they were supposed to be the updated version of the 737-200. To me the 170's and 190's are the Airbus's of the RJ world..The EMB190 is the 100 seat aircraft. It is scope protected and would be flown by DL pilots. DL connection flying is limited to 76 seats.
