What's new

Delta Labor Relations thread.

Another one who doesnt understand Chapter 11.

My pension isnt lost, it was terminated by the bankruptcy court, my pension is still worth every penny I accrued, and I can collect it when I turn 50.

And were on the negotiating committee for the IAM in chapter 11?

I was, we never agreed to a pension termination.

ALPA, AFA, TWU, IAM all had our pensions terminated, including non-union and management, but it took a court to do that.

Its quite clear you dont understand the process, and DL froze their pensions and can do so unilaterally as they are all employees at will except the pilots and one other group.

Guess you never read Condor's post nor the forum rules.

And you still done get it, its simply amazing.

How does filing fraudulent cards help the IAM?

Let me answer this for you, since you cant, it doesnt.

If someone didnt sign a card, they wont vote for a union, the signing of a card only calls for a vote, it isnt the vote.

Too hard for you to grasp?

And you dont understand the process, as there is a one year bar on holding an election for the FAs.

So once again you show your lack of knowledge and dont know how the process works.

So please show the forum, the result of the DOJ investigation, as you clearly state the IAM was responsible for filing fraudulent cards.
It's all about the $$$$ in in dues money for the IAM. What you think they do it for Cotten candy?

Keep avoiding answering the question.

Its quite clear, you dont understand the process and wont, as it doesnt fit your narrative.

You lose again.

Please tell us since you somehow think the process has nothing to do with getting enough cards (real or imagined) signed to initiate a vote.

Glad to see you and southwind pay no attention to the process and how it works.

Typical.

Funny how you ignore the issues with DL's underfunded pensions.

I'm gonna sound like WT here, but I think it won't be a huge problem for DL to top up the pension fund.
Although it is a shame that companies, not just DL, get away with not fully funding their pension plans.

And just to be fair, on the AA board, there is a lot of discussion (mostly anger) about the IAM pension fund (which also has some of it's managers being sued by the DoL I believe).

Why dont you answer what is asked of you?

Funny you are not a union member, not an IAM member yet you post all about them, and then use the never worked at DL tactic, it clearly says everything about you.

So you have to attack the poster since you have been proven wrong over and over.

So how about DL and you underfunded pension?

So how come you dont know how the process works about unionization, when Kevin, myself and many others, including DL provides how it does?

Have a hard time comprehending?
How's that list coming for Kevin?

700UW said:
If you know the process very well, then why go along with Southwind, and not provide the correct information?

Its quite clear you dont know the process, and if you did, you wouldnt post it as it goes against your narrative.

So since your not an IAM member nor any union member, using how you treat others, you cant post about unions.

Not obsessed with anything, just a person who posts information, unlike you.

There you go again, posting lies and misinformation..

Funny, I havent seen the DOJ's report on the investigation yet.

And how many times do I and others have to post that card fraud only benefits the company, not the union.

And typical again, you make the post about me, and not the topic at hand.

Its quite clear you dont know the process.

Can SAFA not answer?

Oh that's right you won't answer when it doesn't fit your narrative.

I don't know why personally 700 and Kev keep bothering with you? People have been polite to answer many of your questions but when they ask you one in return you never answer if it's not going to suit your agenda.

It just shows anyone who might read here that you don't have the ability to engage in any point/counterpoint and your participation is mostly just to be nothing more than a nuisance who's getting her kicks from being inflammatory.

How am I being "inflammatory"?

700 keeps insisting that I don't understand the process. I've clearly laid it out that I do multiple times.
