DL strengthens western US with SLC-AMS

Great news for SLC!  Also nice to see that Delta @ JFK is going back to operating two flights a day to AMS.

Awesome hopefully this means more Europeans coming and visiting Park City.

Definitely nice to see AMS gaining some flights back!

Park City is a draw for European Tourists? Who knew?

I would just go AMSPDX and hit Mt. Hood, but that's just me...

Yes, there have been sharp increases in tourists from South America and Europe in the past five years or so. If you're familiar with the area and know about the the recent developments, they have been increasingly internationally focused and cater to high end travelers (Montage, St. Regis, Waldorf=Astoria).  I'm a bit bias, but Park City has among the best all around terrain and snow, and with easy access to SLC and DL flights its the most convenient for me. I've skied Aspen, Jackson Hole, Whistler, St. Moritz among others and enjoy skiing the most at Canyons and Deer Valley.
